"Eran was very helpful today when he came out and was able to get the cylinder out even though a different locksmith had tried earlier. We have an odd door and he had enough familiarity to solve my problem. We may follow up with him about a duplicate cylinder, but he was so helpful and I'll definitely call again if there's another door issue."
